TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation, commissioning and bringing into operation of a solution for the management and control of public lighting in the city of Žďár nad Sázavou, including in particular the supply of new public lighting switchboards (hereinafter also “RVO”), the dismantling and disposal of the existing RVO, the supply, implementation and integration of a central software solution for remote management, monitoring, alarms, reporting, map display, data exports and user administration, the preparation and handover of related documentation, the provision of training and test operation, and the provision of maintenance services. Performance will be carried out in two phases, where Phase 1 includes in particular the commissioning of the software and the first three RVO in the specified locations in accordance with the project documentation that forms an annex to these procurement documents (ZD), and Phase 2 includes the preparation of project documentation and related engineering, the supply, installation, commissioning and connection of a further thirty-eight (38) RVO to the contracting authority’s software and infrastructure.
