Construction work - Adaptation of an office and administrative building for the needs of the Wałbrzych Regional Inspectorate of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate in Wrocław REPEATED The subject of the contract is the conclusion of an agreement for the performance of construction works in the project entitled: “Adaptation of an office and administrative building for the needs of the Wałbrzych Regional Inspectorate of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate in Wrocław” in the part and on the terms specified in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ – Draft contract together with its attachments, in particular in the bill of quantities, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and the construction design. Under this procedure, the Contracting Authority separates: 1. the basic contract - performance of construction works by 15.12.2026; 2. the contract awarded as part of the option right - performance of construction works in the period: from the date of signing of the contract to 15.12.2027.
