CONSTRUCTION WORKS - SECURING THE AW-149 HELICOPTER The subject of the contract is to carry out a construction work consisting in performing the construction works described in the executive design of the anchoring multi-purpose helicopter support AW 149 (road engineering and structural engineering), the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), the offer cost estimate, and in accordance with the rules of technical knowledge and the applicable laws in force in the Republic of Poland, generally applicable legal provisions, hereinafter referred to as “Works” or “Construction Works” or the “Subject of the contract”.
