Construction works involving the construction of a stormwater sewer system on the premises of IMGW-PIB in Białystok at 2/3 Konstantego Ciołkowskiego Street.” 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out the task entitled: “Construction works involving the construction of a stormwater sewer system on the premises of IMGW-PIB in Białystok at 2/3 Konstantego Ciołkowskiego Street”. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and in appendices forming an integral part thereof: 1) Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ – Land development design; 2) Appendix No. 2 to the OPZ – Technical design; 3) Appendix No. 3 to the OPZ – Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiOR); 4) Appendix No. 4 to the OPZ – Bill of quantities. In the event of discrepancies between the bill of quantities and the Description of the subject of the contract, the Description of the subject of the contract shall be deemed binding.
