The full scope of the works is set out in the Design Documentation, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the Technical Specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the Bill of Quantities, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, the Investor’s Cost Estimate, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the Geotechnical Opinion, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3.
