The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with decision 6/2026, attached to the SWZ, the attached design, the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works – information for the BiOZ plan, the bill of quantities (constitutes supporting material), the Construction Law Act, and the applicable H&S regulations.
