The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works for the tasks titled: "Reconstruction of the fire-fighting reservoir in the Kobylnica Forest Section, investment no. 291/573", Task settlement number: 04-28-5.2-01, Location of the investment: podkarpackie voivodeship, Lubaczów County, Wielkie Oczy commune, town of Kobylnica Ruska, cadastral plot no. 964, Kobylnica Forest Section, forest address: 04-28-1-03-130-p-00. The detailed scope of the task has been described in the Technical Documentation constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ. The Contractor’s obligations will include: a) Carrying out the works while ensuring conditions compliant with the regulations on OHS, fire protection and protection against theft, and accepting the duties of an OHS coordinator.
