TENDER DESCRIPTION

- Part I – construction of an educational shelter in Zamrzenica. The works must be carried out in accordance with the attached design documentation. The description of the subject matter of the contract, including the design documentation and the Technical Specification, constitutes Annex No 2 to the SWZ. Due to the need to exercise particular care during the performance of construction works (applies to Parts I and II), the necessity to preserve existing trees and other plantings, to limit the risk of damaging them, the risk of damaging existing infrastructure, and to ensure the possibility of carrying out other construction works in the same area (construction of a shelter, a footbridge/jetty, and educational paths), cultivation-related works (digging holes together with transport of excavated material, transport and application of fertile soil, transport, planting and securing seedlings of trees and shrubs, and deliveries and installation of small educational and tourism infrastructure within the same Zamawiający’s property) the Contracting Authority recommends carrying out a site visit before submitting an offer.
