TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction works as part of post-land consolidation development within the area of Mokrzyska, Brzesko commune. The contract includes the execution of the reconstruction and renovation of roads along with drainage and land reclamation works. Scope of works: 1) Preparatory works, including marking out routes, removal of topsoil, clearing of trees, shrubs and stumps, and site preparation. 2) Earthworks, including excavations, embankments, transport, development and compaction of subsoil. 3) Shaping and compaction of the subgrade and construction of the bedding (trench) for the designed road structures. 4) Construction of improved subgrade layers and subbases made of stabilized soil with cement and unbound mixtures of aggregates. 5) Construction of road and driveway surfacings from broken aggregate, and, in the locations indicated in the documentation, also bituminous surfacings. 6) Construction of shoulders, strengthening of slopes and ditches, and other finishing road works. 7) Construction, reconstruction and reinstatement of culverts, headwalls and road drainage elements. 8) Securing and adjusting the existing technical infrastructure equipment, including the water supply, gas,…
