TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of works for Task 1: Carrying out repairs of cracks and fissures in the external walls of the building; - Plastering works – repair of external plaster; - Execution of painting coatings; - Repair and restoration of losses in architectural details; - Restoration of wooden structural roof elements visible on the façades; - Replacement of sheet-metal flashings; - Replacement of the roof drainage system (gutters and downspouts); - Replacement or restoration of window grilles; - Restoration of existing external wooden door frames; - Restoration of external railings at building No. 7 on the courtyard side. A detailed description and scope of the works are presented in the technical documentation (PW) and the bills of quantities. NOTES: • The works should be carried out taking into account that they will be performed during the school year. During the execution of construction works, school classes will take place in the normal manner. The Contractor should take this into account when planning the construction works. • On the Contractor’s side: preparation and approval of the traffic organization project; costs of occupying the road lane for works carried out on building façades…
