TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and modernization of the slopes and devices of the Dzierżno Duże water reservoir, constituting flood protection for the Kłodnica valley. The purpose of the investment is to increase flood safety of the areas lying below the Dzierżno Duże reservoir, maintain navigation on the Gliwice Canal, and supply the Oder Waterway with surplus water resources from the reservoir, as well as to restore the reservoir's impoundment height. The contract is implemented as part of the Project entitled "Repair and modernization of the slopes and devices of the Dzierżno Duże water reservoir, constituting flood protection for the Kłodnica valley and the basic source of navigable water supply for the Gliwice Canal" in connection with the issuance of an enforcement decision by the Silesian Provincial Building Supervision Inspector – Decision No. 112/20, reference WINB-WI.7741.71.2019.STP1 dated 16 December 2020.
