TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance works on municipal roads in 2026, Phase II 1. The subject of the contract is maintenance works on municipal roads in 2026, Phase I, including, among other things, repairs of municipal roads in a crushed-stone surface; earthworks; the execution of concrete curbs/borders; concrete drainage elements; paving surfaces made of paving stones; slope reinforcements; road culverts; installation of upright traffic signs and road traffic safety devices. 2. The material scope of the contract has been determined on the basis of an estimate of the quantities and types of works included in the bill of quantities constituting an annex to the SWZ. 3. Method and performance of the subject of the contract: The Contractor will perform the contract on the basis of orders issued each time by the Contracting Authority. The scope and type of works covered by the order will be determined on the basis of the bill of quantities attached to the order and/or the description of the works. The time limit for performance and any other possible indications concerning the performance of the works contained in the order shall be binding on the Contractor.
