“Renovation and construction works for 4 rooms on the 2nd floor in the building of the Kraków Emergency Medical Service (Krakowskie Pogotowie Ratunkowe) at ul. św. Łazarza 14 in Kraków” - 24/REM/2026 III. Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the task entitled: “Renovation and construction works for 4 rooms on the 2nd floor in the building of the Kraków Emergency Medical Service (Krakowskie Pogotowie Ratunkowe) at ul. św. Łazarza 14 in Kraków”. 2. A detailed description of the scope of works under the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ – bills of quantities; 2) the contract template - Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3.
