TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The subject matter of the public contract is a construction work consisting in performing works in the scope of refurbishment and maintenance of road markings within the City of Kraków, divided into two parts: Part 1: District I “North” (Śródmieście, Krowodrza, Nowa Huta) b) The Contracting Authority described the subject matter of the contract using the following documents: For Part 1: - draft contractual provisions (PPU), constituting Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ - technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), constituting Appendix No 9.1 to the SWZ - bill of quantities, constituting Appendix No 10.1 to the SWZ c) In the event that the SWZ includes, in any of its appendices, the names of manufacturers, trade marks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, the products may be replaced with equivalent ones. The Contracting Authority shall consider as equivalent those solutions which make it possible to achieve the effect assumed by the Contracting Authority by means of other technical solutions.
