TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is construction works in the municipalities of Rochovce, Slavošovce and Čierna Lehota: the construction of a new sewerage system for conveying foul and storm wastewater with a common wastewater treatment plant located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Rochovce, in accordance with the conditions and requirements set out in Part B_Contractual Conditions of the tender documents and the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the contract” or “the works”). 2. Time limit for performance of the subject of the contract – up to 36 months from the commencement of the works (handover of the construction site), of which 24 months (construction period for the sewerage system and WWTP) and 12 months (trial operation for the WWTP). 3. Place of performance – the construction site is located in the built-up and non-built-up areas of the municipalities of Rochovce, Slavošovce and Čierna Lehota in the Rožňava District. 4.
