TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is construction work in the municipalities of Rochovce, Slavošovce and Čierna Lehota - construction of a new sewerage system for draining foul and storm wastewater with a shared wastewater treatment plant located in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Rochovce, in accordance with the conditions and requirements set out in Part B_Contractual conditions of the tender documents and the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the contract” or the “work”). 2. Time limit for performance of the subject of the contract – up to 36 months from the commencement of performance of the work (handover of the construction site), of which 24 months (construction period for the construction of the sewerage and WWTP) and 12 months (trial operation period for the WWTP). 3. Place of performance – the construction site is located in the built-up (intravilán) and non-built-up (extravilán) areas of the municipalities of Rochovce, Slavošovce and Čierna Lehota, in the Rožňava district. 4.
