General On the historically developed industrial site on Ringstraße in Berlin-Mariendorf, a highly modern and internationally competitive model campus for young companies and start-ups is to be created. The name of the project is: “Ringberlin”. The site comprises approximately 108,000 m² of land area. Services to be performed The works to be tendered include the creation of the surface-finished industrial floor slab, including ground/substrate pre-treatment in new construction and in existing structures, the required insulation works and surface-finished sealing and/or impregnation.
