General On the organically grown industrial site on Ringstraße in Berlin-Mariendorf, a state-of-the-art and internationally competitive model campus for young companies and start-ups is to be developed. The name of the project is “Ringberlin”. The site comprises approximately 108,000 m² of land area. Services to be performed The advertised works include the creation of a surface-finished industrial floor slab, including subgrade pre-treatment in new construction and in existing structures, the required insulation work and surface-finished sealing and/or impregnation.
