TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of Artemed Klinikum München Süd, brickwork and plastering works are being procured. The services include in particular: 260 m² small-area additions of masonry, D = 11.5–24 cm; 80 items core drillings in reinforced concrete ceilings; 520 m² patch plastering. Internal reference: Brickwork and plastering works. b) For this project, for the purpose of shortening the tender submission period pursuant to § 12 EU Subsection 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of the present award procedure are the brickwork and plastering works designated in the prior information notice under Section 5.1, Lot: LOT-0001. c) The contracting authority intends, within the scope of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of Artemed Klinikum München Süd, to award multiple construction contracts for different trades.
