TENDER DESCRIPTION

The entire construction project comprises the new construction of a fire station building in the area of development plan 8 of the city of Sieverstedt "An der alten Mühle" in the north of Stenderupau, consisting of a vehicle hall with 5 parking spaces, which is "embraced" on the south and west sides by a single-storey extension with an adjoining kitchen. The structure is founded on a slab with frost protection skirt, consisting of calcium silicate brick masonry with reinforced concrete ceilings with a continuous peripheral beam. The hall is erected as a timber frame construction on the massive administration wing. The administration wing receives a facing brick facade and the hall receives a plug-in panel facade. This tender includes the extended shell construction works. The following main services are to be provided, among others, within the scope of this tender: - Subgrade and blinding layer approx. 1,200 m² - Strip and isolated foundations approx. 45 m³ - Ground slab approx. 1,200 m², of which approx. 320 m² with gradient - Reinforced concrete walls approx. 80 m² - Reinforced concrete upstand, plinth walls, lower and upper beams approx. 240 m² - Reinforced concrete ceilings…
