TENDER DESCRIPTION
The entire construction project involves the new construction of a fire station building in the area of development plan 8 of the city of Sieverstedt "An der alten Mühle" in the north of Stenderupau, consisting of a vehicle hall with 5 parking spaces, which is "embraced" on the south and west sides by a single-storey annex with an adjoining kitchen. The structure is founded on a slab with a frost skirt, consisting of calcium silicate masonry with reinforced concrete ceilings with a surrounding edge beam. The hall is built as a timber frame structure on top of the solid administration tract. The administration tract will have a facing brick facade and the hall a plug-in panel facade. This tender includes the extended shell construction works.
