TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer) Cottbus (hereinafter referred to as HWK Cottbus) is the owner of a property of approximately 12,800 m² in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Heinrich-Heine-Straße 54b (cadastral district: Königs Wusterhausen, parcel: 4, lot number: 329). The property can be described as flat, without any major topography. Supported by funding from the EFRE/JTF programme 2021-2027, on this property a modern, innovative skilled-trade training facility is to be built by mid-2028 for the following trades: heating, sanitation and air-conditioning systems installers (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), electrical technicians (Elektrotechniker), motor vehicle mechatronics technicians (Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker), metalworkers (Metallbauer) and office management (Büromanagement), as well as the hybrids from the trades mentioned. The rough construction works required for this construction measure will be awarded under this procedure. Work on the rough construction is scheduled to begin on 03.12.2026 and to be completed by 18.08.2027.
