Rohbauarbeiten: Bildungszentrum der HWK Cottbus in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Chamber of Crafts Cottbus (hereinafter referred to as HWK Cottbus) is the owner of a plot of land of approximately 12,800 m² in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Heinrich-Heine-Straße 54b (cadastral district: Königs Wusterhausen, parcel: 4, plot no.: 329). The property can be described as flat without any significant topography. Supported by funding from the EFRE/JTF programme 2021-2027, a modern, innovative craft-oriented training facility for the following trades is to be built on this property by mid-2028: sanitary, heating and air-conditioning installation technicians (SHK), electrical technicians, motor vehicle mechatronics technicians, metalworkers and office management, and the hybrids arising from the above trades. The raw construction works required for this construction project will be awarded under this procedure. The start of the raw construction works is scheduled for 03.12.2026 and completion for 18.08.2027.
