TENDER DESCRIPTION
Frankfurt am Main Public Transport Company (VGF) plans to convert an outdoor storage area on the premises of the tram central workshop (STZW) into a traction power room. The outdoor storage area is located on the site near the gatehouse. An electrical room with a floor area of approx. 45.00 m2 is to be created; for this purpose, existing non-load-bearing walls must be demolished and a pit for cable entry within the building must be constructed. The existing adjacent storage rooms will remain in use. The tender documents include confidential materials. These will be provided to the bidder only after the signed “confidentiality declaration” has been returned via the bidder communications. The confidential documents contain essential information and should be carefully reviewed by the bidder before submitting the tender. Raw construction work for the traction power switchgear room
