TENDER DESCRIPTION
Shell construction works for the new build of the Berufskolleg in Meschede The new build of the Berufskolleg is planned as a three-storey masonry/concrete structure without a basement with a flat roof: - Floor area: approx. 6,400 m2 including North inner courtyard (approx. 750 m2) and South inner courtyard (approx. 600 m2) - Floor space: approx. 15,000 m2 (excluding inner courtyards) - Building contour: approx. 115 m x 56 m - Building height: approx. 14.5 m (from subgrade level to top of parapet) - Building class: 5 - Preliminary for earthworks: construct sheet pile retaining wall in in-situ concrete - Foundations and installation of surface drainage - Ground slab with lift shaft and handover shaft for service entry - Wall elements made of precast concrete elements and in-situ concrete - Ceiling elements with prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs and filigree ceiling elements - Prefabricated staircases - Masonry walls More specific details are to be found in the tender documents.
