TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tendered scope of services comprises shell construction works within a listed (heritage-protected) existing building of the contracting authority on the campus at the location Berlin-Kreuzberg. Further information on the subject of the services can be found in the contract attached to the procurement documents as well as in the bill of quantities/scope of work (Appendix 1) together with the appendices to the bill of quantities/scope of work. Please note that the appendices to the bill of quantities/scope of work will be issued to the respective bidders during the tender submission period upon request and after submission of a signed confidentiality agreement (NDA) (see also Section/Ziffer 6 of the terms of award).
