TENDER DESCRIPTION

At Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a district centre for young people, children and their families is to be built. It accommodates a mix of uses consisting of community, group and multi-purpose rooms, as well as offices for the operators. The planned building comprises two full storeys and an attic storey and has no basement. It will be constructed using a timber frame construction method with a massive building core and will be provided with a ridge-and-purlin roof with extensive green roofing as well as a PV installation. The site access is via the public road Querkamp. Due to a large stand of trees to be preserved in the front area of the building plot, the area for site set-up is very limited. Part of the school parking area to the north can be accessed by small trucks. A temporary lay-by is to be created parallel to the road on the building plot, which can be used for loading and unloading with a crane. All public roads, footpaths and parking spaces must be kept clear.
