TENDER DESCRIPTION

On Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a district centre for young people, children and their families is to be built. It will house a mix of uses comprising community, group and multi-purpose rooms as well as offices for the operators. The planned building will include two full storeys and an attic and will not have a basement. It will be constructed using a timber frame construction method with a massive building core and will be provided with a pitched roof with extensive green roofing as well as a PV system. The site access is via the public road Querkamp. Due to a large stock of trees to be preserved in the front area of the building site, the area available for site set-up is very limited. Part of the school car park directly to the north can be accessed by small trucks. In parallel to the road on the building site, a temporary stopping lay-by will be created, which can be used with a crane for loading and unloading. All public roads, footpaths and parking spaces must be kept clear.
