Foundations: STB floor slab. Interior staircase: STB staircase. Lift: yes. Roof shape: Lean-to roofs. Roof pitch: 6° . Roof covering: extensive roof greening. Escape walkway balcony: metal structure. Escape staircase: metal structure. Building services: Heating: heat pumps. Ventilation system. Fire alarm system. Photovoltaic system. Outdoor facilities: The outdoor facilities will be newly constructed. Site access: Access will be from Brüssler Ring using the existing driveway.
