TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Clinic Munich South, flush frame doors and fire protection doors are to be procured. The services include in particular: 33 units of single- and double-leaf flush frame doors RD and F30 including hold-open systems; 6 units of automatic door operators; 9 units of fixed glazed fire-resistance assemblies F30. b) For the project, in order to shorten the tender submission deadline in accordance with § 12 EU (1) No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject of this award procedure is the items stated in the prior information notice under Section 5.1, Lot: LOT-0007 flush frame doors and fire protection doors (flush frame elements). c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Clinic Munich South, to award multiple construction contracts for various trades.
