TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and the bed stations on the 1st to 3rd floors of the Artemed Klinikums München Süd, hollow-frame doors and fire protection doors are to be procured. The services include in particular: 33 units of single and double-leaf hollow-frame doors RD and F30 including hold-open systems; 6 units of automatic door operators; 9 units of fixed glazing panels F30. b) For the project, for the purpose of shortening the submission period pursuant to § 12 EU Para. 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of this procurement procedure are the contracts listed in the prior information under Section 5.1, Lot: LOT-0007 hollow-frame doors and fire protection doors (hollow-frame elements). c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and the bed stations on the 1st to 3rd floors of the Artemed Klinikums München Süd, to award several construction contracts for different trades.
