TENDER DESCRIPTION

Province of Gelderland wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one contracting party (or a combination of contracting parties) that can provide the appropriate knowledge and expertise in the field of: emission-free work for, among other things, new construction, maintenance, sewer works, road infrastructure, green management, area development and other construction and maintenance projects of public authorities; charging infrastructure, grid connections and energy solutions in relation to grid congestion; zero-emission construction and construction logistics, focusing on machinery and vehicles; development of public charging locations and connecting public and private parties The term of the Framework Agreement is 24 months, with the intended start date no later than 1 February 2027. This period may be extended by Province of Gelderland twice by 12 months, in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement.
