TENDER DESCRIPTION
The environmental services of the municipality of Utajärvi requests a tender for the maintenance contract for the trails and paths in the ROKUA area for the winter season 2026–27 (one winter season). The maintenance area is located within the municipalities of Muhos, Utajärvi and Vaala. The municipality of Utajärvi acts as the host municipality in the trail pool. The service shall be produced using a unit-price-per-hour method based on performance. The ceiling price for the service contract is budgeted by the trail pool at EUR 65,000, VAT 0%. The service provider undertakes to maintain the Rokua trail network in accordance with the map attached to it and the quality requirements for the period from 1.11.2026 to 30.4.2027. The contract includes the option to take into use options 1+1+1 with mutual consent. The use of the options will be agreed between the parties in April of the current year.
