TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Environment Services of the Municipality of Utajärvi requests an offer for the maintenance contract for the trails and paths in the ROKUA area for the winter season 2026–27 (one winter season). The maintenance area is located within the municipalities of Muhos, Utajärvi and Vaal a. The Municipality of Utajärvi acts as the host municipality in the trail pool. The service shall be produced using a unit-price hourly rate based on performance. The trail pool has budgeted a maximum price for the service contract of EUR 65,000 excluding VAT. The service provider undertakes to maintain the Rokua trail network in accordance with the map attached as well as the quality requirements for the period from 1.11.2026 to 30.4.2027. The contract includes the option to take into use options 1+1+1 with mutual agreement. The use of the options will be agreed between the parties in April of the current year.
