Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system the subject of which is: procurement of specialised materials, equipment and services ensuring the operation of supplier units at ROLE level for healthcare and other operations, up to a framework amount of net HUF 45 960 046 803 for a period of 48 months. The Contracting Authority, during the implementation of the DBR, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), makes available for Tenderers participating in the DBR, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender, the precise technical specifications and contractual terms for the specific public procurements to be carried out in the system.
