TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase by the contracting authority (AK) of an estimated 60 sets of ROLE tents that comply with the technical requirements specified in the additional procurement documentation (KKD) by concluding a framework agreement for a framework sum of 2 308 830 400 net (HUF). (X) Requirements for the offered product: The requirements for the products to be offered are detailed in the procurement documents. (X) The tenderer (AT) may offer only such product(s) that: - can be lawfully marketed in the Member States of the European Union; - are new (factory new, not used, not demo equipment); - have been manufactured in accordance with the fundamental requirements of the harmonised standards of the European Union (with an equivalent solution in case of deviations) and of the directives. (X) The AK draws the AT’s attention that the tender price must include, without exception: - the packaging and delivery of the equipment (product) to be supplied; - commissioning (if required by the technical requirements); - training; and - the costs of the warranty (min. 120 months).
