TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns roll-ups, beach flags and banners to be acquired for various units and business operations of the City of Jyväskylä. The product range includes products made of different materials (e.g. fabric, printed banner) such as roll-ups, beach flags, banners, and related ancillary services. The procurement is related to the City of Jyväskylä's 2024 EU procurement for printing, copying and printing services, specifically for one sub-area (part 4) Roll-ups, beach flags and banners re-tendering. The estimated anticipated value of the procurement for roll-ups, beach flags and banners is €40,000. The value of the procurement remains below the national threshold for goods and service procurements (€60,000). The procurement is carried out as a framework agreement with multiple suppliers. The framework agreement runs until 30 June 2028 and ends at the same time as the other three sub-areas of the printing, copying and printing services procurement. The framework agreement is structurally equivalent to the framework arrangement referred to in section 42 of the Procurement Act 1397/2016.
