TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of a rotary compressor applied to trolleybuses of category M3 within the framework of a purchase framework contract. Total quantity: 8 pcs / 24 months. The contracting authority undertakes to place orders for 75% of the framework quantity fixed in the framework contract. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). In its bid, the tenderer must make a corporate-signature-signed declaration regarding the following: • the delivery deadline, which may not be more than 90 working days; • the warranty period undertaken, which may not be less than 12 months from the date of acceptance; • that in the event of a defect arising during the warranty obligation, it will commence performance of its warranty obligations within at most 2 working days, i.e. it will carry out a warranty defect inspection and/or it will repair the defect as soon as possible; • that it provides, if applicable, the seals, fastening or connecting elements required for the spare parts; • that it undertakes to perform in the schedule requested by the Contracting Authority and in the quantities according to the orders; • that it supplies…
