TENDER DESCRIPTION

The delivery of knowledge, expertise, and capacity required for the further application, development, and management of the Base Data Infrastructure (BDI). The Build & Manage BDI Team supports organizations and initiatives in applying chain digitization, federated data sharing, and the BDI in practice. The team analyzes practical questions, contributes to application guidelines, standards, and reusable solutions, and brings practical experience back to the development and management of the BDI. The team introduces organizations and new initiatives to the BDI and provides project-based support to them for applying and implementing it. Participating organizations invest their own expertise and form the first line. The Build & Manage BDI Team serves as second- and third-line support for more complex questions. The scope also includes management activities, including working out change proposals, supporting the RFC process, managing GitBook documentation and GitHub repositories, and building experiments and pilot setups on the BDI test environment.
