TENDER DESCRIPTION

Demolition of a residential building and an outbuilding from Osie 1. The subject of the contract is the demolition of a residential building and an outbuilding located at Boczna Street 1 in Osie, for the purpose of relocating them to the Museum – Kashubian Ethnographic Park (MKPE) in Wdzydze, and the construction of two storage sheds on the MKPE site. 2. The sheds will provide a storage function for structural elements of the two demolished buildings. 3. The subject of the contract includes performing the following construction works: 1) Construction of two storage sheds on the MKPE site in Wdzydze, 2) Preparation and securing of the demolition site in Osie, 3) Marking of the triangular boards of the gables of the buildings according to the numbering included in the inventory; careful dismantling of the boards, 4) Careful removal of the formwork from the perimeter walls in the residential building, which has been marked with small plates, keeping the boards in a condition suitable for re-use during reconstruction of the structure, 5) Breaking off plaster from inside and outside both facilities, exposing the wall structure, 6) Clearing rubble and its disposal, 7) Enabling MKPE…
