TENDER DESCRIPTION
Demolition of a residential and utility building with partial demolition of the wall of a warehouse building on the premises at Sierakowskiego 35 Street. The subject of the contract is the demolition of a residential and utility building with partial demolition of the wall of a warehouse building on the premises at Sierakowskiego 35 Street, on plot(s) no. ew. 365 and 376/166 in precinct B-29 in Łódź, in accordance with the President of the City of Łódź Management Order No. 318/2026 of 10.02.2026 and Decision No. DPRG-UA-II.776.2026 of 6.05.2026, in accordance with the technical documentation and STWIORB. After demolition, a surveying and geodetic record must be prepared. The building structures referred to in section 1 are not listed heritage monuments. Total cubic volume of the buildings: approx. 2,600.00 m3. Specified in detail in the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 8.
