DEMOLITION OF A BUILDING AT GRUNWALDZKI SQUARE 7 IN ŚWIDNICA AS PART OF THE PROJECT “DEMOLITION OF A TENEMENT HOUSE AT GRUNWALDZKI SQUARE 7 IN ŚWIDNICA TOGETHER WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT” 1. The subject matter of the contract includes carrying out works involving the demolition of a building at Grunwaldzki Square 7 in Świdnica under the project entitled “demolition of a tenement house at Grunwaldzki Square 7 in Świdnica together with site development”. The building is located at Grunwaldzki Square 7 in Świdnica, on plot no. 2737, cadastral district 0004 Śródmieście. It is entered in the Municipal Register of Monuments under item 350 and is located within the area of the historic urban layout of development outside the medieval city walls, which is included in the monuments register. An additional form of protection for the area where the building is located is its inclusion in the Local Spatial Development Plan by Resolution No. XLVI/546/10 of the Municipal Council in Świdnica of 16.06.2010, amended by Resolution No. XIV/139/19 of 20.12.2019. 2.
