Demolition of a single-storey residential building at 14 ul. Techników in Jelcz-Laskowice 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled “Demolition of a single-storey residential building at 14 ul. Techników in Jelcz-Laskowice”. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract specified in section 1 above includes carrying out construction works consisting of: a) demolition of a single-storey building with the following technical parameters: • built-up area approx. 1280 m2, • width 14.80 m, • length 86.8 m, • height 4.60 m, • volume V+5650 m b) transport and disposal (utilization) of demolition materials, c) levelling the site after demolition works to the level of the adjacent land by delivering fertile soil, compacting the backfill (achieving a compaction indicator of 0.85-0.90), humusation of approx. 10 cm of the top layer, and spreading seeds of park grasses drought-resistant to withstand drought, d) preparation of as-built documentation referred to in §2, in 2 copies in paper version and an electronic version (file recording on an external data carrier in formats:: pdf, scans, as-built map edited in the AutoCAD program and a scan of the map from the…
