The subject of the investment is the extension of an administrative building with an elevator together with its redevelopment. Technical data of the extension: - Built-up area 10.21 m2 - Usable area 6.83 m2 - Cubature 113 m3 - Height of the extension 14.51 m - Width of the extension 2.13 m - Length of the extension 5.40 m. Construction works must be carried out in such a way that it is possible to use the administrative building by employees and members of the public. The Contractor is obliged to properly secure the construction site so that bystanders are not exposed to danger. The detailed scope of works has been included in the design documentation constituting Appendix No. 3 to this SWZ, the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works constituting Appendix No. 4 to this SWZ, and the contract draft constituting Appendix No. 6 to this SWZ. Due to the lump-sum remuneration, the bill of quantities has an auxiliary character for estimating the subject of the contract.
