TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task named "Extension of the WAIWIZ building with the Building of the Center for Sustainable Development Technologies and the Center for New Technologies and Innovations of Poznan University of Technology (CZRNTI PP) including a protective structure" under the design and build formula, together with: roads, a fire road, parking lots, sidewalks, terrain shaping, greenery, technical infrastructure including its re-laying and the removal of inactive installations, on the territory of the Warta Campus of Poznan University of Technology in Poznan at ul. Jacka Rychlewskiego 2 on cadastral plots owned by Poznan University of Technology. Existing building - WAWIZ - use unchanged as a higher education institution building. The extension - CZRNTI PP - a science and education building, laboratory and research, classified as a protective structure with two shelters and two hiding places at level -1.
