TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of a project entitled “Extension of the WAIWIZ building with the Sustainable Development Technology Centre Building and the New Technologies and Innovation Centre Building of the Poznań University of Technology (CZRNTI PP), including a protective structure” in the design-and-build formula, together with: roads, a fire road, parking areas, sidewalks, land development/terrain shaping, greenery, technical infrastructure including its realignments, and the liquidation of inactive installations, on the Warta Campus of the Poznań University of Technology in Poznań, at ul. Jacka Rychlewskiego 2, on the cadastral plots owned by the Poznań University of Technology. The existing building—WAWIZ—will remain in use without changes as an education building for higher education. Extension—CZRNTI PP is a building for science and education, laboratory and research, classified as a protective structure with two shelters and two shelters/hidden rooms at level -1.
