TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension of the Cultural House (Dom Kultury) in Powidz 3.1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract – Extension of the Cultural House (Dom Kultury) in Powidz in the design and build formula. 3.2. The investment will be carried out in Powidz: at ul. Park Powstańców Wielkopolskich 25 on plots 1018/2 and 435. The main components of the Cultural House will include an auditorium for approximately 200 persons together with a dressing-room and sanitary facilities back area, a music room, training rooms, a meeting room with a kitchen facilities back area, and a gallery intended for permanent displays and temporary exhibitions. The facility will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities in terms of accessibility. For the operation of the building, within the area of the above-mentioned plots, sidewalks, ramps, parking spaces and basic landscaping elements are planned, such as benches, lighting, an enclosed rubbish container enclosure. 3.4.
