TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension of the House of Culture in Powidz 3.1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract – Extension of the House of Culture in Powidz in the design and build formula. 3.2. The investment will be carried out in Powidz: at ul. Park Powstańców Wielkopolskich 25 on plots 1018/2 and 435. The main components of the House of Culture (DK) will include an auditorium for approximately 200 persons together with a cloakroom and sanitary facilities area, a music room, training rooms, a meeting room with a kitchen facility, and a gallery intended for permanent displays and temporary exhibitions. The building will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities in terms of accessibility. For servicing the building, within the area of the subject plots, sidewalks, ramps, parking spaces, and basic site development elements such as benches, lighting, and an enclosed rubbish skip/skip enclosure are planned. 3.3. The Contracting Authority shall have the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes, within the scope of the part of the land where the investment will be carried out, and any possible deficiencies within that scope do not burden the Contractor. 3.4.
