TENDER DESCRIPTION
Extension of municipal roads ul. Kresowa over the section from ul. Partyzantów to ul. Batalionu Parasol as well as ul. Batalionu Parasol in Wołomin Within the scope of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall carry out construction works consisting in the extension of the carriageway together with sidewalks and driveways, the construction of a stormwater drainage system, and on behalf of the Contracting Authority shall prepare a notice and notify the competent building supervision authority of the completion of the construction and the commencement of use of the building object without any objection from that authority, and if it turns out to be necessary, shall prepare and submit an application and obtain a final decision on permission to use, as part of the task entitled “Extension of municipal roads ul. Kresowa over the section from ul. Partyzantów to ul. Batalionu Parasol as well as ul. Batalionu Parasol”. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in the SWZ
