TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to carry out, for the Contracting Authorities — Gmina Świętochłowice, Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. with its registered office in Katowice, and the Chorzów–Świętochłowice Water and Sewage Company (Chorzowsko-Świętochłowickiego Przedsiębiorstwa Wodociągów i Kanalizacji) with its registered office in Chorzów — construction works as part of the investment project entitled: Expansion of county roads on Katowicka Street and Wojska Polskiego Street, together with the construction of an integrated transfer hub “Mijanka” in Świętochłowice. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes carrying out construction works performed on the basis of the ZRiD decision 2/2022 dated 3.10.2022 and on the basis of the Building Permit No. 28/22 dated 15.03.2022.
